Meg's Day 4 Update

Food (Total Calories = Don't count on the weekend)
Breakfast = Homemade cinnamon buns
Snack =
Lunch = 2 slices of pizza*
Snack= 
Dinner = Beef Stew

*I could have made a sandwich, but I was helping clean my parents basement and I was up to my ears in dust and stink bugs (which I despise!!).  But since they got pizza for the helpers I helped myself :)

Exercise (Total Calories = )
I'm sure lifting, carrying, moving and stacking count for something.
 
Water
Probably still at 40oz.  I got too busy and forgot to drink.
