Breakfast = Grapefruit & Granola Bar (181)
Snack = Almonds (104)
Lunch = Spinach Salad (215)
Snack = Slice of Swiss Cheese (80)
Dinner = Turkey wrap, carrot soup, guacamole with chips (993)


Exercise (Total Calories = 642)
80 minutes of Cardio (398)
40 minutes of weights (244)

Water
44oz (hope to get down another 22oz before I go to sleep)

Summary, I ate way too much for dinner, but we are working on the weekend leftovers. I should correct that issue tomorrow.
