Found one!

If you have grape juice and red wine vinegar, use the recommended amount of grape juice LESS one tablespoon, and replace the tablespoon with the vinegar.....After all, red wine is just fermented and soured grape juice....

  1. You will have to let me know how it turns out! I usually just add more chicken broth or whatever I have that fits and is a liquid. Nice substitute!
