Meg's Day 21 Update

Food (Total Calories = 2,977 )
Breakfast =1 slice of bread (I was rushing)
Snack =
Lunch = pizza and wings (home made), and apple juice
Snack =
Dinner =roast beef sandwich with cheese, pringles


Exercise (Total Calories =356 )
60 mins weight lifting

*I know I snacked on strawberries and apples but I really don't remember when or how much*

  1. You really need to eat some veggies! If not for you, do it for that little girl of yours, everything you eat is going into her, and the vitamins you are missing by not consuming veggies, she will be missing. Eat something green tomorrow!
