1 - Walk Monday through Friday from 8am-9am
2 - Hit the Y 5 times this week
3 - Back on fertility diet until next Saturday
Weight
I am thinking I will keep my weigh-in day Wednesday, as that is where I started from, so stay tuned for that one. :-)
