Lunch = Chips.....(don't ask)

Dinner = Red beans and rice
Dessert= Chocolate chip cookies....minus the cookie :)

Walking.  Lots and Lots of walking

Breakfast by 10am
Lunch by 2pm
Dinner by 6pm
