Ashley's Daily Report (3/20)

Food
Breakfast = Blueberry Muffin
Lunch = Beet Salad, Bread & Cheese
Snack = Mac & Cheese
Dinner = Chinese Food

Exercise
60 Minutes Walking

Water
Not as much as it should be...as it never is...my goal today is to track how much I actually drink!

  1. Before we moved from DE I was making whole wheat, blueberry muffins every 3 days. I was an addict! But boy that sounds good.
