Lunch = Black Bean Burger, Avocado, Salsa & Romain
Snack = Dried Mango & Crackers
Dinner = Eggs, Chard & Salsa

60 Minutes Walking
15 Minutes Running
30 Minutes Cardio

Water
Not as much as it should be...
