Lunch =Fried chicken (2), salad (loads of veggies), fruit, potato soup, corn bread
Snack = Frozen custard
Dinner = Steamed green beans and boiled potatoes  (My absolute favorite meal!)


Exercise (Total Calories = )
Avi and I walked about 3 miles today

Water
about 42oz and still going

*Avi did much better today with eating*
