Didn't count my intake today as I was lazy in tracking:
Breakfast = Steel Cut Oatmeal
Lunch = Avocado & Animal Crackers
Dinner = Hummus, Toast, Honey Chicken, Mustard Greens, Carrots, Rosemary Fries, Carrot Juice, Pomegranate Juice & Kiwi
Yeah, we had people over for dinner we all ate a huge variety and it turned out awesome! I will post the links to the recipes later.
